CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, appointments cannot be rescheduled, and cancellations are charged 100% of the booked service. No-shows are charged in full. I work with one client at a time, so a chair that empties at short notice usually stays empty. Booking confirms you accept this. If something serious happens, please get in touch. I would always rather hear from you. SERVICES ADDED DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT If we discuss and agree an additional service during your visit, we will confirm what it is and what it costs before it is carried out. Once a service has been performed it is chargeable in full. We will never add a service to your bill that has not been agreed with you in the chair. PRICING All prices are starting prices and may vary with hair length, thickness and complexity. Your final price is always confirmed with you before any service begins. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR COLOR Tell me within 10 days of your appointment and I will put it right at no charge. This covers the result not matching what we agreed in your consultation. A change of mind about the look, or color done elsewhere in the meantime, is a new appointment.
